Aqua Aerobics classes have many benefits and are a great way to socialise and meet new friends.

You don’t need to bring any equipment with you. Everything you need will be provided for you to use during your class.

Mondays at 8:30 - 9:15 am

Wednesdays at 1:00 - 1:45 pm

Fridays at 8:30 - 9:15am
